     This high power symmetrical SPDT RF Switch is employed in communication systems where high power, low loss, and excellent isolation are required.

The SSHPS 0.020-0.520-400 symmetrical high power Solid State SPDT RF Switch is employed in communication systems where high power, low loss and excellent isolation are required. This RF unit operates across the military UHF communication range. The symmetrical, high-power solid state switch operates from +28 Vdc supply with 550 mA maximum current draw. Unit operates from –30C to +70C up to 35,000 feet altitude. This solid state switch meets the conditions specified in MIL-STD-202G, Method 213, Test Condition J (30G, 11 mS, 18 shocks– 3 in each of 6 axes). This high power SPDT RF switch meets the conditions specified in MIL-STD-202G, Method 214A, Test Condition 1 and C.
